Can we live in the house during a whole-home remodel?
Often yes, with phasing — we sequence rooms so you always have a working kitchen or bath, control dust with barriers and daily cleanup, and keep you informed. Some families prefer to move out for the heavy weeks; we’ll plan either way.
Phased or all at once?
All at once is faster overall and cheaper per room; phased spreads the cost and disruption. We plan the full vision first either way, so phases never paint you into a corner.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes — drawings, permits, HOA approvals, and inspections are all part of our A-to-Z process.
How much does a whole-home remodel cost?
